These terms apply to all projects and services provided by Clarity Lane Studio, operated by James Rigby, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Clarity Lane Studio provides website design, development and deployment services for independent businesses. Each project is scoped individually and agreed upon before work begins.
All projects are subject to a 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the site goes live. We reserve the right to pause work if payment is not received on time.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed during scoping. Significant changes to the original brief may be subject to additional charges.
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the design and content of their website. Clarity Lane Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
Where Clarity Lane Studio manages hosting and domain registration on behalf of a client, an annual fee applies. Failure to renew may result in the site going offline.
Clarity Lane Studio is not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use or unavailability of a delivered website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
